If you go the the shopping center where Harbor Freight and McDonalds are off of Highway 9, you’ll see a Verizon and UPS store in the parking lot. Walk over to the left side of the building closest to the street and you’ll see a small park area with some fencing that surrounds the “Boiling Spring”. Years ago, it was said to be much more active. Wikipedia even states that it was known to shoot water in the air as high as 6 feet. It is now underwhelming when you visit it.
